Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Dennis was an Associate Chief Counsel in the Office of the Chief Counsel at FDA where she handled issues affecting medical devices including most device-related emergency use authorization matters, information disclosure, in vitro diagnostics, and combination products. Her practice is further informed by her time at an institutional review board and with legal policy clinics where she worked on all aspects of clinical trial management, design, and enrollment, and researched and advised on issues relating to advertising and promotion, warning labels, and compliance.
Ms. Dennis earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School with honors where she was a Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and an intern at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. She also has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and was a national champion athlete at Yale University as an undergraduate.
