The first Asian Century Forum, co-hosted by Paul Hastings and the Financial Times and held on March 23rd, provided a wealth of broad and detailed perspectives on investment in Asia.

Michael Pettis, who authors a commentary on the Chinese economy and financial markets, gave the keynote address. Mr. Pettis is Professor of Finance at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, as well as Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Mr. Pettis was followed by a distinguished panel of industry leaders including Joyce Chang, Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets and Global Credit Research, JPMorgan; Michael Cook, Senior Managing Director, Macquarie Global Opportunities Partners; and William R. Rhodes, Senior Advisor, Citi.
After the panel, we had interactive breakouts for energy, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, and technology.
