The Brussels office, which opened in 2004, features a team that actively monitors and participates in the legislative process within EU institutions.
We provide advice on merger control cases and representation before the European Commission. We also have considerable experience in state aid matters, including litigation in complex cases before the Community Courts in Luxembourg.
The Brussels office offers full access to our premier global practices, including:
- An Antitrust and Competition practice that represents many of the world’s leading business and financial enterprises.
- A Corporate practice that advises clients in all phases of the business cycle.
In conjunction with the Paris office, we are a member of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union and are particularly active in the Competition Subcommittee of the Chamber.
