The London office, which opened in 1997, features particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional European transactions.

The London office, a natural focal point for cross-border European transactions, provides full access to our premier global practices that include:

• A Corporate practice that advises clients in all phases of the business cycle.
• An award-winning Employment Law Department that represents clients through all phases and types of employment litigation.
• A Litigation practice whose litigators have recently led our high-profile, global clients to landmark victories.
• A Real Estate practice that represents some of the largest and best-known developers, financial institutions, opportunity funds, real estate operating companies, pension funds, and advisors.
• A Tax Advisory practice that advises and represents companies across the complete spectrum of transactional, business planning, and litigation tax issues.

The London Office has dedicated Irish and Italian practice groups to assist European companies investing in these jurisdictions, and to support Irish and Italian companies investing in Europe.

Community Service

The London office recently established the “Paul Hastings Scholarship at Oxford Law,” which supports an outstanding and financially-deserving postgraduate law student at the University of Oxford. Additionally, we participate in a mentoring and intern program with the Black Solicitors' Network, which pairs young minority law students with practicing lawyers and business executives.
