A team of lawyers in the San Francisco office, in conjunction with the Public Interest Law Project and Bay Area Legal Aid, secured a guarantee of General Assistance benefits for Contra Costa County residents who subsist on benefits of $336 a month, or $155 a month for the homeless. The first payments of the secured settlement were distributed to our pro bono clients within a few months of the settlement.
