Community Service
Since 2007, Paul Hastings has partnered with Project Hope—a leading foundation in China working to eliminate educational disparity—to build and support the Paul Hastings Hope Elementary School in the remote mountain province of Jiangxi, China.
In addition, in conjunction with the Children of China Pediatrics Foundation (CCPF), our pro bono counsel in Atlanta and Shanghai recently assisted several Chinese pediatricians in obtaining visas to attend training at New York's Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Our Greater China offices also advised the Natural Resources Defense Council and Nature Conservancy on general employment issues in China and NRDC on setting up a non-profit entity in Hong Kong, to create increased awareness in the region of the organization’s efforts.
