We regularly represent clients in the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of a wide variety of generation and transmission assets. A significant portion of our representation of clients in these matters is with respect to regulatory matters.

Our offices are located in some of the most active energy markets, including New York, New England and California, while our office in Washington, D.C. is home to our regulatory practice, which represents our clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the SEC and provides advice on federal, state and local regulatory matters. Our offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Milan, Paris and Tokyo aid in Pacific Rim and European projects.
