The Paul Hastings Diversity Committee is comprised of lawyers who are leaders in their practice as well as committed advocates for a culture of diversity and inclusion. Mr. Hamilton, who served on the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review while attending Harvard Law School, is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York where he has served on the Committee on Administrative Law, the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Housing and Urban Development and the Committee To Enhance Professional Opportunities For Minorities

Selected as one of California's top 20 attorneys under 40 by the Los Angeles Daily Journal, Ms. Baca has served as an officer of the Board of Directors for Children Affected by AIDS Foundation, a board member of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Voting Inspires Participation and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County.

Mr. Mack, the firm's diversity and community director, is a member of the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section where he has served on the Legal Career Paths Task Force and Diversity Committee. He was also active with NALP - Association for Legal Career Professionals where he served as chair of the Diversity Advancement Committee, and the Law School Admission Council where he served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Minority Affairs Committee.

Dr. McCarthy has an extensive background in the field of organizational and professional development. She has worked with diverse populations, in both the private and public sector, implementing large scale organizational change, and talent management and leadership development initiatives. Dr. McCarthy has authored and co-authored several articles and conducted presentations on the effects of stereotype threat and women in leadership. Dr. McCarthy completed her doctoral thesis at UCLA on "Portals in the Glass Ceiling: The Role of Surreptitious Knowledge in the Leadership Advancement of High Potential Middle Management Women". Dr. McCarthy is a member of the Professional Development Consortium, the American Society for Training and Development, The Organizational Development Network and the UCLA Psychology Alumni Association

Mr. Nitzkowski is the managing partner for Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He has served as managing partner since 1999. He has 18 years of experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including equity investments, joint venture formations, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate-related lending, secondary market transactions (including securitizations and whole loan sales) and workouts.

Ms. Noe is vice-chair of the firm’s corporate practice and has served as co-chair of the firm’s Attorney Development Committee since 2003. She is also an active member of the Board of Directors Network in Atlanta and serves as the partner liaison to the firm's Atlanta Women Attorneys Group

Ms. Sullivan is the firm's director of Human Resources, responsible for Workforce Management, Compensation and Benefits, Staff Recruiting, Human Resources Management Systems and HR Administration. Her experience includes executive positions in professional services firms in the accounting, consulting and engineering industries, in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Sullivan has successfully established talent management systems, designed executive compensation plans, developed diversity programs and new employee benefit programs. In addition, Ms. Sullivan has won several TELLY awards for the design and production of professional development programs.
