All first-year associates receive a new hire packet of materials from the Human Resources Department well in advance of arrival.
Additional materials describing Paul Hastings' relocation and travel policies are also made available at this time. First-year associates are introduced to the firm and our resources through a series of orientation programs and activities. These programs include technology training, our paired associate program, review of administrative policies and procedures, and the PH DNA ("Paul Hastings Developing New Attorneys") program for incoming associates, typically held in October.
