Paul Hastings pays the entire child care fee for emergency backup services for our employees.
Paul Hastings offers back-up child care through Bright Horizons Family Solutions in all of our US offices. The services are available to use when your regular care arrangements are unavailable. Employees may use this benefit for planned needs and last minute emergencies. Highlights include:
When might you need back-up child care?
- Your regular caregiver is ill or unavailable
- Your stay-at-home spouse has a medical appointment or jury duty
- Your family is between child care arrangements
- Your regular child care center or school program is closed
- Business travel (see the “Available Centers” at www.brighthorizons.com)
Bright Horizons Provides:
- Teachers! 90% of teachers have degrees in early childhood or elementary education.
- Low ratios! Average better than 1:2 for infants; 1:4 for toddlers; 1:8 for preschool; 1:10 for school age.
- Learning environment! Educational curriculum and developmentally appropriate materials in each classroom.
- Safety & security! Double locked entrances: video cameras; photo identification.
Paul Hastings employees:
- May use the benefit up to 20 visits per child per calendar year free of charge
- Can make reservations one month in advance up until the moment care is needed
