Paul Hastings recognizes the importance of providing its employees with the business tools they need to succeed.
Our IT training curriculum focuses on improving efficiency and productivity through programs ranging from instruction in software applications and hardware devices to administrative practices and procedures. The live instruction provided in each office by our IT trainers is supplemented by web-based classes and by the tutorials, reference guides, quick reference cards and tips available on the firm's portal. The portal is also home to our Learning & Development Connection where employees can manage their education on-line by enrolling in classes, reviewing their learning history and building their own professional development plans. Through this program, all of our employees can keep abreast of emerging technology, cultivate advanced skills and expand their overall knowledge.
