Contrary to what people may think on the other side of the Channel, the pragmatic approach of specialized players has made possible relevant treatment of companies experiencing a restructuring or reorganization in France. Has new legislation henceforth created an environment that is more hospitable to preserving companies, while, at the same time, providing new opportunities for investors and creditors?
