Paul Hastings Represents Tacala, LLC and Boom Foods, LLC in Sale to Altamont Capital

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Tacala, LLC and Boom Foods, LLC in the sale of certain securities and assets to San Francisco-based private equity firm Altamont Capital Partners for an undisclosed price. Altamont partnered with existing management in the acquisition.

Tacala, LLC is one of the nations largest franchisees of Taco Bell, with 162 stores across Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia and North Carolina. Boom Foods is a leading Sonic, Americas Drive-In, franchisee, operating 66 locations in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.
