Paul Hastings Recognized for Second Consecutive Year as Overall Best Firm to Work for by Vault

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm was ranked first as the “Overall Best Firm to Work For” by Vault, a career information web site that provides employee surveys of top employers, in its Best Law Firms to Work For – Quality of Life rankings for the second year in a row.

Nearly 17,000 associates completed Vault’s survey, which evaluated the quality of life at law firms in more than a dozen categories, including satisfaction, hours, firm culture, compensation, and substantive work. The firm was also ranked among the top 10 firms in several other categories.

The firm’s top performance in the Vault survey follows the firm achieving the top ranking in this year’s The American Lawyer’s A-List, which ranks the top 20 U.S. law firms based on revenue per lawyer, associate satisfaction, pro bono work, and diversity.
