Paul Hastings Advises MAGNATRAX Corporation on Sale of Jenisys Engineered Products

Atlanta, GA (October 31, 2006) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, represented MAGNATRAX Corporation, an Atlanta-based holding company, in the sale of its subsidiary, Jenisys Engineered Products, a manufacturer and distributor of metal construction products and accessories, to Fabral, Inc., an affiliate of Euramax International, Inc. The transaction closed on October 2, 2006. Terms were not disclosed.

The Paul Hastings team, led by partners Walter Jospin, Andy Scott, Weyman Johnson, Lisa Rushton and Mark Poerio, also included of counsel Ted Smith and associates Karen Leach, Darcy White, Mike Haun and Jenn Shea. Fabral Inc. was represented by R. David Patton and Andrew Stephenson from Alston & Bird LLP.
