Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Plum Healthcare Group, LLC and private equity firm GI Partners in the sale of Plum Healthcare Group to Bay Bridge Capital Partners.

Terms of the transaction were not announced. Plum Healthcare Group, LLC is a healthcare services company with 50 skilled nursing facilities and five home health and hospice agencies located in California, Utah, and Arizona.
