Paul Hastings Represents Joint Bookrunners in $430 million Refinancing of BRG Sports

New York, NY – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers in connection with a $150 million asset-based revolving credit facility, a $175 million first lien term loan, and a $105 million second lien term loan, the proceeds of which were used to refinance certain existing indebtedness of BRG Sports, Inc. (f/k/a Easton-Bell Sports, Inc.).
