AerCap Issues $600 Million of Senior Notes

NEW YORK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the Firm acted as counsel to joint bookrunners Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated in connection with the issuance of $600 million of senior notes by AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust. AerCap is the world’s largest independent aircraft leasing company.
