Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities Serve as Joint Book-Running Managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.'s Public Offering Of Class A Common Stock

New York - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) follow-on public offering of class A common stock. 

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America and Europe, sold a total of 6,900,000 shares of class A common stock (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) and raised gross proceeds of approximately $223 million.  Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group, L.P.
