Chicago, IL-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised an affiliate of private equity firm Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C. in the sale of Powervar, Inc., a leading provider of power management systems and uninterruptible power supply systems, to AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
