New York, NY – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Credit Suisse in a USD600M financing of the operation, maintenance and ownership by Trinidad Generation Unlimited of a 720 MW net capacity combined-cycle gas-fired power plant located in the Union Industrial Estate, La Brea, Trinidad.
