Paul Hastings Represents OAD Orthopaedics, Ltd. in its Acquisition by Cadence Health

Chicago, IL - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing OAD Orthopaedics, Ltd., a suburban Chicago-based provider of comprehensive orthopaedic care and services, in its sale to Cadence Health, the third largest joint replacement provider in the state of Illinois. The transaction would add 23 orthopaedic specialists, and additional care providers and staff, along with OADs associated real estate and ambulatory surgery center, to Cadence Health.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
