Seoul – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Samsung Electronics in its acquisition of Dacor, a leading American brand in the luxury home appliance category. Through the acquisition, Samsung, an industry-recognized leader in the home appliance market, will expand its portfolio to premium and innovative home appliances under the Dacor brand.
Paul Hastings has represented Samsung Electronics in previous acquisitions and dispositions, including its acquisition of the mobile connectivity and location technology business of CSR Plc and the sale of its fiber optics business to Corning Inc.
