Hong Kong (December 20, 2013) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Macquarie Capital Securities Limited, ABCI Capital Limited, ABCI Securities Company Limited, BOCI Asia Limited, BOCOM International Securities Limited, Haitong International Securities Company Limited, ICBC International Capital Limited and ICBC International Securities Limited as the underwriters in Logan Property Holdings Company Limited’s (“Logan Property”) US$202 million global offering and IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
