Paul Hastings Represents RBC Capital Markets in Upsize and Extension of ViaWest Inc's Senior Secured Credit Facilities

New York, NY (April 17, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented RBC Capital Markets, as lead arranger and bookrunner, and Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, in connection with an amendment and extension of the senior secured credit facilities in favor of ViaWest Inc., which included a $55 million upsize of the companys existing senior secured credit facilities.
