in Washington, D.C. Mr. Tran-Trong joins from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, where he served as Counsel with The Division of Consumer and Community Affairs.

During his time at The Federal Reserve Mr. Tran-Trong implemented the Debit Card Interchange Rule, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the consumer financial privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
