Paul Hastings Represents Underwriters in Centene’s $300 Million Offering

New York, NY- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Barclays Capital Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Regions Securities LLC and Allen & Company LLC as underwriters in connection with the public offering of $300 million principal amount of 4.75% senior notes due 2022 by Centene Corporation pursuant to a registration statement and a related prospectus supplement filed by the company with the SEC. Net proceeds of the offering were used repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility and to pay related fees and expense. The remainder of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, primarily including the funding of statutory capital.
