Paul Hastings Represents Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo in Financing for Wabash Acquisition of Walker Group Holdings

New York, NY (May 8, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent, in connection with the financing for leading semi trailer manufacturer Wabash National Corporations (NYSE: WNC) acquisition of Walker Group Holdings LLC, a leading manufacturer of liquid-transportation systems and engineered products.

The financing consisted of a $300 million senior secured term loan facility.
