Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Abénex Capital, Astorg Partners and the other shareholders of Financière OFIC, holding company of the Onduline group, in connection with the sale of 100% of their shares and voting rights to a company controlled by funds managed by Naxicap Partners.
Onduline is a global manufacturer of lightweight roofing solutions since 1950 and the undisputed worldwide leader in bituminous sheets and tiles. Today, the Onduline group operates in more than 120 countries. With more than 1,500 employees and 9 manufacturing sites in 8 different countries, Onduline generates ca. €250 million of sales.

The legal and tax VDD was performed by PWC.
The purchaser was advised by the law firms Edge Avocats (Matthieu Lochardet, Manuelle Delpierre and Adrien Frovo) and Weil Gotshal & Manges (David Aknin).
