New York, NY (May 25, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented GB Merchant Partners, the investment management affiliate of Gordon Brothers Group, and Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. in the sale of Things Remembered, Inc., the leading specialty retailer of personalized giftware for all celebratory occasions, to Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

The transaction price was $295 million.
