Paul Hastings Represents MXenergys acquisition by Constellation Energy

New York, NY - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented MXenergy, a Connecticut-based supplier of natural gas and electricity with approximately 540,000 customers in North America, in its acquisition by Constellation Energy, a Baltimore-based energy company.

The transaction was announced on May 12, 2011 and closed on July 1, 2011.
