Paul Hastings Adds Real Estate Partner in London

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global firm, announced today that Mark Shepherd has joined the London office as a partner. Mr. Shepherd joins from DLA Piper.

Mr. Shepherd acts for a wide range of clients on all real estate aspects of large commercial transactions including investment, joint venture arrangements, and development transactions. He was previously at SJ Berwin (now King & Wood Mallesons) where he worked closely with David Ryland, one of Paul Hastings’ and the UK’s foremost real estate lawyers.

Mr. Shepherd’s appointment follows the promotion of Mark Rajbenbach to partner in September 2014.
