Paul Hastings Advises DDi Corp. in its $268M Acquisition by Viasystems Group Inc.

Orange County, CA (April 4, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented DDi Corp., a leading provider of time-critical, technologically-advanced PCB engineering and manufacturing services, in its $268 million acquisition by Viasystems Group, Inc., a leading market player in the automotive segment.

Terms of the transaction are subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. The closing is expected to be completed in the second or third quarter of 2012.
