Paul Hastings Represents SunTrust in Financing Avista Partners Acquisition of Telular Corporation

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as lead arranger and SunTrust Bank as administrative agent for the senior secured financing of Avista Partners’ acquisition of Telular Corporation.

The senior secured financing consists of a $112.5 million first lien senior secured term loan and revolving credit facility and a $37.5 million second lien senior secured term loan facility.
