The Paul Hastings team advised Fosun Tourism Group on Hong Kong, U.S., French laws and European Union and United Nations sanctions regulations and also coordinated with local counsel in over 20 jurisdictions. J.P. Morgan, CLSA and Citigroup acted as the joint sponsors for the listing.
Fosun Tourism Group is a spin-off of Fosun International Limited and the owner of the France-headquartered Club Med, a world-renowned provider of family-focused holiday experiences with operations in over 40 countries.
