Paul Hastings Represents Banks in Financing Southwire's Acquisition of Coleman Cable, Inc.

New York, NY-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is representing Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, BMO Capital Markets and Macquarie Capital as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners of the debt facilities incurred by Southwire Company in connection with its acquisition of Coleman Cable, Inc.. The debt facilities will consist of a $750 million senior secured term loan facility and a $1.0 billion senior secured asset-based revolving facility. Southwire and Coleman are both leading manufacturers of wire and cable products for construction, industrial and consumer applications.
