Paul Hastings LLP advised affiliates of Fort Partners in connection with the redevelopment of Palazzo della Rovere, a 15th century palace near the Vatican, into a Four Seasons Hotel. As part of the transaction, Palazzo della Rovere will undergo a multi-million dollar restoration and will feature approximately 55 to 60 guest rooms, a tree-lined restaurant, and views of St. Peter’s Basilica. 

The new property is scheduled to open in 2025 and is about a three-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica.
