Paul Hastings LLP advised MGM Resorts International, a global entertainment company with national and international locations including hotels and casinos, conference spaces, and entertainment experiences, in an exclusive long-term strategic licensing agreement with Marriott International, Inc., a global company which operates and franchises hotels and licenses vacation ownership resorts. The agreement signified the creation of a new platform called MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, a collection of 17 MGM resorts, along with a groundbreaking loyalty partnership. Upon launch, all MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy resorts will be available to book through Marriott.com as well as the Marriott Bonvoy app, and MGM Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy members will have the ability to link accounts, exchange points, and receive select member benefits at more than 8,500 properties.
