Paul Hastings LLP advised Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO), a lodging real estate investment trust (REIT), in connection with the company’s sale of the 1,060-room Boston Park Plaza for $370 million (or approximately $350,000 per key).
