Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the French National Rugby League in connection with the launch of the tender for the broadcasting rights for the TOP 14 and PRO D2.

The French National Rugby League has launched a tender procedure for the sale of the broadcasting rights in France of the TOP 14 and PRO D2 championships for the 2027/2028 to 2030/2031 seasons. The tender procedure provides for an overall annual reserve price of €130 million excluding VAT. The current agreements have been entered into with Canal +, as well as with France Télévisions for the TOP 14 Final, and run until 30 June 2027.
