Brandon Howald is a partner in the Paul Hastings Corporate practice. Based out of the Orange County office, Mr. Howald focuses primarily on  mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Howald's practice includes representing clients in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings and other securities law matters, and general corporate and business matters. He has represented private equity funds, public companies and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and he has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with securities offerings. Mr. Howald also has assisted companies in connection with securities law compliance and reporting and general corporate and business matters. Mr. Howald has been named a Southern California "Rising Star" attorney by Law and Politics Magazine.

Mr. Howald received his B.A. degree, with distinction, from University of California, Berkeley. He received both his J.D. degree and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California. Mr. Howald is a member of the State Bar of California.
