Christopher Reilly is an associate in the Employment Law Department represents and counsels employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. Mr. Reilly’s practice includes defending employers against discrimination, harassment, FMLA, ADA, breach of contract, wage and hour, and other employment claims. He has litigated cases in both federal and state court on the trial and appellate court level and has represented companies in proceedings before government agencies. Mr. Reilly also counsels employers on issues such as hiring, drafting and implementing policies, employee discipline, and strategies to avoid litigation.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Reilly was a television news producer. He was awarded four Emmy awards as well as other industry awards for his television work.

Mr. Reilly received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law (with honors) in 2002. Mr. Reilly received his B.A. in english from Providence College. While in law school, Mr. Reilly worked as an intern for the Hon. Frank M. Hull on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Georgia.
