Charlene Sun is an associate in the Litigation practice of the Paul Hastings New York office. 

Ms. Sun received her B.A. in philosophy and graduated from the Plan II Honors Liberal Arts program from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Sun has co-authored several articles regarding domestic and international arbitration issues.  Recent publications include the following:
