Sammy Li is a partner in the Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on capital markets and corporate transactions. Mr. Li has experience as a lawyer in private practice and as an investment bank in-house counsel.

Mr. Li has counseled clients on equity capital markets transactions (including Hong Kong Main Board and GEM listings as well as U.K. AIM listings and related global offerings, rights issues and other capital markets fund raising transactions), mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, and private equity and venture capital investments.

Additionally, Mr. Li has advised clients on Hong Kong regulatory investigations, compliance, employment and litigious matters impacting his clients’ transactions throughout Asia.

Mr. Li is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, and England and Wales. He received his B.Sc. degree from University College London and his legal qualifications from the College of Law, London.
