Sarah Kelly-Kilgore is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Kilgore’s practice focuses on securities litigation matters. She represents multinational corporations, investment banks, officers, and directors against claims brought under the federal securities laws, blue sky laws, and common law. Ms. Kilgore also represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including business torts, allegations of fraud, and breach of contract.
Ms. Kilgore received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Editor in Chief of the American Criminal Law Review and a member of the national moot court team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from San Diego State University, where she was a two-time academic All-American on the women’s water polo team. Ms. Kilgore is admitted to practice law in California.
