Overview
Seth Zachary is the Chair Emeritus of Paul Hastings and a partner in the Tax practice, based in the New York office. His tax law practice focuses on general, corporate, and real estate tax-related problems as well as foreign tax issues. Mr. Zachary represents numerous corporations and investment banks in the federal, state, and local tax arenas.
