Achika Iwanaga is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.

Prior to admission to the bar, Ms. Iwanaga worked for a leading investment bank, and worked on real estate securitization and syndicated loan transactions.

Ms. Iwanaga received her LL.B. degree from Keio University, Faculty of Law, in 1999 and her J.D. degree from Keio Law School in 2008. She graduated from the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2011. She is admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
