Anthony Michael is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Michael’s practice primarily consists of representing pharmaceutical companies in complex patent litigation.

Mr. Michael has represented major pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology companies in patent litigations involving pharmaceutical compounds, pharmaceutical formulations, drug delivery systems, biologics, and DNA diagnostic testing. His experience includes representing brand name pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigations. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he worked on matters involving numerous challenges to Abbreviated New Drug Applications.

Mr. Michael received his J.D. from Rutgers University in 2001 and his B.S. in Biotechnology from Rutgers University in 1998. Mr. Michael is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as a member of  the bars of Washington, D.C. and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
