John Francis Hilson is chair of the Paul Hastings Finance and Restructuring practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Hilson regularly represents commercial banks, investment banks, finance companies, and other lenders in acquisition financings, structured financings, and other leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, tender offers, and recapitalizations. He also has developed substantial expertise in cross-border international transactions.
