Leigh Ryan is the chair of the Corporate practice in the San Diego office of Paul Hastings. Ms. Ryan concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and corporate governance matters. She represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financings. Ms. Ryan also advises clients ranging from early-stage, venture-backed companies to mature public companies on all aspects of general corporate and securities matters, including counseling boards of directors and management on corporate governance and employment arrangements. She has substantial transactional experience in the technology, telecommunications, outsourcing, media, apparel and aviation industries.
